THE REAL ELVIS

A surreal play. The real biography of Elvis.

Three Elvis Presleys work in the Elvis Museum. Perhaps at an earlier point in time they were someone else, but this we discuss no further, the fact is – they’re all Elvis now. One day citizen S steps into the room from a wardrobe. He has forgotten who he is, what job he had years ago, as well as everything else that used to be important to him. Will he be able to remember anything?

Maybe it is easier this way, as he then doesn’t need to feel guilty about living someone else’s live? Or has a woman been expecting him for years, a woman who knows who he is? And if he does find out details about his identity, what should he do with that knowledge? Truth is possessed only by teddy bears, but they are quiet and mysterious.
