WORKSHOP CONTENT: The workshop will transport you into the world of improvisation where you’ll be able to try everything for yourself. Through playful exercises we’ll introduce you to key points of improv theatre. The magic of improv is created through noticing, listening, creating and trusting yourself as well as others. You’ll be creating characters, environments and plots. Main focus of the workshop is expanding the creative play space. The most important thing to learn about improv that there are no wrong answers and everything you might do is correct! The aim of the improv workshop is to learn to know yourself better, surprise yourself and your partners and discover an open and positive outlook on life. Furthermore, you’ll improve your teamwork skills and learn about a variety of new and exciting exercises and games. There is an option for a follow-up workshop where the focus will be on analysing and teaching improv. We’ll explore how to use improv as a tool and how to communicate and teach improv games.
